I'm dying to but I gotta convince the birthday girl. I'm working on it but it's hard not to sound sketchy when I say, "It's a bunch of really cool guys that I met on the Internet at their camp deep in the swamp. You can come too, they said that'd be fine!"

I am running it in my new setup.

Motor runs a shit ton cooler....

Carb does not get gummed up....

I would pay 10$ a gallon just to avoid the hassles of having the carb get all gunky and having to clean it every other time like I used to running pump gas...fricken ethanol...

Ive never had that problem with anything running pump gas, why would you have to clean it every time?

I used to have that problem with my little 15 Evinrude but my Briggs burns anything I put in it. And very little of it...

The 93 octane we get up here in the northern states is pathetic at best. The fuel is absolutely terrible. If you rebels want to guy some boat motors for cheap you wouldn't not believe the marinas that are selling nice ass boats for next to nothing up here....simply because of carburetor problems... If this fuel up north sites for more than a week it varnishes the carburetors... nasty stuff...

Now....its all AV gas for me.
