Post Hydroturf cuting & application
I'm gonna add this to my 1948 Aucoin hull deck. Not sure on diamond cut or what just yet.
I would possibly like the straight cut, running lengthways. I see some guys have made some excellent installations with matching up splices on both sides, assuming a 47"wide sheet isn't quite wide enough. I'm going measure shortly.

But I'm thinking that camo color....any of you use that and regret it later? Kinda busy print, but hides dirt well LOL.

And what about applying this stuff? Do you cut it to fit first, then peel & stick?
Or stick then try to cut off the edges straght?

Tell me what to do, or what NOT to do !

Just installed the swamp camo in my boat. It was very easy. Just cut it to fit, wiped the decks with acetone, layed down where i wanted and peeled the paper off. Its just like puttin on a big sticker. Left 1/2" on each side so water can get to back of the boat faster and drain. Very easy installation. You should have no problems.

We just put down some camo. He had it in his last boat and it held up good

It held up great in my last boat and is very easy to install. I would stay away from the diamond cut personally as the long grooves clean pretty well and are comfortable to sit or kneel on for frogging and such
