 26 prodrive
Anybody know what it would cost to add reverse to an older 26 prodrive or if it can be done?

 Re: 26 prodrive
500.00 for parts, about 300.00 labor (Manual)
1500.00 parts, and about $350.00 labor (Hydro)

No I asked if it was a 27 and he said it was definitely a 26. I do know it's a Kohler.

 Re: 26 prodrive
I have a manual reverse plate sitting in my shed on a shelf. I think all you would need to get is the 4 main bolts and bushings. You would have to check with PD on that.
What you got to trade.
And its either a 25 or 27. They didnt make a 26.

 Re: 26 prodrive
Couple grand at most. No reverse. What about trim.
The older lower units we inferior to what we are running now.
Upper seals will eventually start to leak and can not be stopped due to bearing wear. Most people with the older lower units end up trading up for what they offer now.
