Get some more tiller time under you belt you should have been been trimming up at the 5-6 second mark and would have been on plane 10X faster. Also your motor was trimmed WAY down.

I'm 220 the guy filming is 2sumthin and the guy on the bow was a lineman for shsu so he's pretty heavy the only way I could get the boat to move was to trim it all the way down we came in there it's a little oxbow off the main lake slide onto shore got stuck I trimmed it down and got out.
