 18/48 36hp prodrive
I own a 18' 48" 36hp prodrive. I never really maxed it out full throttle, but I got it up to about 28mph with about 20lbs of gear and 1 person. The 18 foot legnth rides really smooth on the water. It manuvers well around in the marsh where i live. It has never failed me yet. I never got into a spot that I couldnt get out. FPR really come in handy at the most convenient times. The only problems I have had with it was the lower unit getting stuck in reverse and not coming back around to forward, but that was easily fixed by adjust the torsion knob. I wish I knew how to modify the tiller handle height. Being 6 foot it's hard to drive standing up. Other than that I love my prodrive. I wouldn't want to drive any other mud motor.
