Just scooped up a 3 man gatorhide. Trying to decide on a power plant. Yall with this rig what engine are you running and what kind of speeds are you getting. |

wel addicy i've got the mud buddy with the 2 carb set up .. its a pian in tha ars dead spots loads up then takes off luck for me i've got a carb gorue in my corner....any ways get a motor of your choice then call EVT to mod it be cheaper in tha long run...jmo |

I agree with the more power the better. I have a stage 1 36 PD and wish I had more. The short length and wide hull make it hard to push...kinda like a barge. I have some feedback from the "other site" that a 32'' out drive makes a big difference on that boat. I'm no FE and really don't understand that comment but maybe someone else here does. |
