Post Where did you mount your light switches?
Im in the process of installing lights and switches on a newly acquired 1648 lowe modified V and Im looking for advice on where to mount the 4 switch panel that will keep it out of the elements as much as possible but is also relatively easy to get to.

This is how my boat is laid out.. http://www.powerhousemarine.com/Boat-Se ... ction=view

I was thinking somewhere along the rear bench or maybe underneath that little support piece where the transom meets the gunnels. ?? or maybe right on the transom somewhere? Just looking for ideas. Maybe a few pictures if you could be so kind.

Thanks for the help guys!

I'd mount it under one of the rear gussets on a piece of plate.

Get some good waterproof switches and don't worry about the elements. Try Blue Sea Systems.
