Post Removing small amounts of contact cement
I had a little bit of contact cement creep out in a fe spots around edges during my hydroturf install. Is there a good way to clean that off? Heat?

Pocket knife works pretty good. But I don't think there's is any good way to remove it without taking the paint with it.

3M citrus base adhesive remover is the safest with paint and foam, lacquer thinner will do it too, but will dissolve your paint and melt your foam if you spill any or rub it.

Ended up using a little goo gone and a toothbrush and got it up fine. I appreciate the input. Used WD40 on a big test spot away from the hydroturf and it came off well with it too. The contact cement had only been on for a day, not sure if it makes a difference but the final product came out well in my opinion.
