the most important thing is to find a way to lift the powerhead. I use an engine hoist. I know Magnum P.I. uses an atv winch cable thrown over a tree branck. lol. in any case, if you can lift the powerhead off easily, it's a job that takes well under an hour. |

Agree with crews, I was a little worried, but it was no big deal. I didnt add the tension knob or the new nylon sleeve. Hoisted the powerhead up in the garage with a come-along up to the rafters. Slapped the new plate on and put the powerhead back down. |

Ya'll must be some weak ass's I have pulled about a dozen of these power heads, and I just unbolt them and pick em up. Done a couple by myself, which I don't recommend, but with another guy it is pretty easy. |

Well it wasn't very well worded. But what I was referring to was the need for winch's, lifts, and what not. Four bolts pick it up and set in on the bench. Done. Like I said, I have done it by myself, almost ruptured a nut but I did it. Oh fork it, never mind. I give up. |

I agree with River. If you Napoleon's weren't so vertically challenged it isn't that difficult to lift the power head off the PD Motor mount. |
