Post Small Crack in BPS Crossover
I have a tiny crack forming on the bottom of my exhaust. Not seeing any performance issues.......yet.

A. Should I continue to run it?
B. Swap out for my stock exhaust that I kept when I installed the BPS?

What can happen to the motor if I were to continue to run with BPS?

Any issues running the stock exhaust with performance heads? Probably just wont turn the higher RPMs I would imagine. Exhaust and performance heads are the only performance upgrades on the motor.

Thanks fellas

Take it off and have it Tig welded. Mine has been welded 6 times in different spots. Still running it. I have gutted my stock stainless Muffler and run it, when welding up Crossover. Can't tell any difference in performance between it and the crossover pipe. Just louder.

Its pretty loud, I think its because of the dual outlets I put on the ends of the muffler housing. Performance is as good or better than the Y Cross over I've been running and repairing. When I want motor to be quieter I use my home made duals. They sound more like a muffled Harley.

Just a quick follow up.

So after removing the muffler, found there were actually 6 or so spots, some cracks, one spider, whatever you want to call it. Found a local tig welder to fix em up.

No idea how long it will last, but 4 rides so far and everything seems good.

Thanks for the advice fellas.
