Mudbuddy bogging down?
got an 08 mudbuddy recently changed carb. runs about 43 4400 rpm out the water. belt tension is good and looks in good shape. idles fine when in water and runs good till you get up to about 2800 rpm then seems to bog down. also have a new prop. only thing i havnt got around to is changing muffler is it possible i got compression problems from a bad muffler?

Is your gas tank properly vented, all your fuel connections tight?

no vent in gas cap going to replace and try to run this weekend. hopefully it will be that simple of a fix. thanks

Just loosen the lid until you identify it's the problem.
