Looking to upgrade from my little 6 gallon plastic tank to a slightly larger one now that my motor drinks a little more fuel. Where does everyone recommend buying from? |

Moeller makes a nice tank. When you do buy a new tank, make sure you buy a Non EPA gas cap to replace the one that comes with the tank. Thanks to the government all plastic tanks will swell up with pressure due to regulations with check valves. They however didn’t make moeller pull their old free flowing (non epa) replacement gas cap, they only made the changes to the gas tanks cap. https://www.amazon.com/Moeller-Tempo-Ma ... B00BN67792 |

If another 6 gallon tank will fit, get that. You can get a Moeller vented cap on Amazon. |

go look in the northern tool catalog. 12 or 18 gal alum fuel tanks are like $200. that's what I run in my outboard boat. https://www.northerntool.com/shop/tools ... _200413776 |

Years ago I found a plastic 9 gallon tank at Cabelas. I like the size. I've never found I couldn't get it done with 9 gallons. |
