16 up mudskipper long tail. Replaced everything top to botto

 16 up mudskipper long tail. Replaced everything top to botto I have a 2 yr old 16hp mudskipper longtail kit. The motor ran fine for the first year then died on me one day. I recently replaced the carb, air box, starter/selanoid, headgasket and reset valve tolerance, new fuel line and fuel . It starts up and runs then dies after about A minute . I’m at a loss any ideas?

Is the choke vibrating open, killing the engine?
I’ve had both of those happen on my last longtail.
