here's some last minute comments for those of you who don't know how it works. Everyone needs to be dropped in the water and waiting by 9:00 at Crip's camp. Make sure to pay your $2.00 launch fee there at the cafe. After we leave... we're going to try to have an organized run, but last year it was really hard to keep everybody heading the same direction. Groups will end up splitting off and doing their own thing. Ya'll just make sure to have a good time and follow around someone who knows their way around. VHF radio station will be 72. If you're staying for the weekend, make sure you bring plenty of food to eat for the weekend. You can eat breakfast at Crip's in the cafe, but there's not alot of places really close to eat other than the Uncertain Inn. You can always drive to some places locally, but driving is going to be a bad idea for most. Last I heard, Chicklet is going to be cooking supper Saturday night. I don't know if that's going to happen or not, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to show up with a back-up plan for feeding yourself. if anyone has any questions, feel free to call me. 903.736.9270.  Dinner is still on we will be havin seafood platters  shrimp, trout, oysters, some of those stuffed taters we had last year & etouffee & I'm wingin it from there LOL but it looks good so far I'm gettin ready to shuck the oysters right now, See Ya'll sometime tomorrow

OH I forgot the Throw-Up cake LOL & yes tasting is mandatory LOL just kidding some of U have had it, it's made of homemade chocolate whipcream & angel food cake, it's good the first time my grandmother made it my uncle ate so much he threw up & somebody thought that made a great name

chicklet, u need me to bring anything to help out?.......looking forward to that supper.......dat girl can cook ..............oh and btw vac and i will be boiling crawfish friday night, everyone is welcome to eat....as of right now i have 3 sacks ordered.....let me know if we need more...there will be all the fixings with the crawfish.....done aucoin style!!!  ...no fe's needed......

I am here setting on the porch of cabin #1 fealing realllllly good.Drinking soome saltydogs and checking out some Crips camp ho's next door.Before the night is over i am moving too there porch.  Ricky pick up another sack if you think we need it and i will pay yopu for it. |

Hey Rick, last night while makin a couple casts @ the dock & scopin out the shrimp (droppin off my ice chest to be magicaly filled by mornin ) one of my GF's & her hubby were just returning from a trip, after catchin their rope & helpin to tie them up she gave me a mid sized ice chest w/ a sheephead & some large shrimp she had kept for herself, I said no I don't want to take what U R keepin for yourself but she insisted, so I took it. I'm just gettin around to peelin the shrimp & guess w/ I found??? a couple dozen of a little somethin somethin I am bagin up for U, I hope the freezer in your cabin works. Ha how lucky & I almost turned them down See Ya Soon |

I wont be able to leave till after work tomorrow and its killing me, gonna roll in late friday night and make my way over to crips, hopefully there's a few fixin's left. I feel like a kid the night before christmas! cant sleep
