MOFO ran 33-34 with 2 people and all our shit the other day.....but blew out 3 quarts of oil in 5 hours run time! :lol:

for that kind of load why don't you look into putting a 45mag motor on your frame? lol

Correction....NO broken rings. But the piston and cylinder are scratched very badly!

What was your compression like before? You planning on going a lil less on the heads or maybe stock to keep it from getting too high this time? Or you gonna try to break 300? :lol:

When is briggs gunna make a motor with a bigger bore and longer stroke so you have more h.p. from the get go?

How big can a motor get before it needs something besides air cooling?

I'm gonna use stock connecting rods......cause the next pistons I use are gonna stick out the cylinder! :shock:

To answer your question...Yeah...they were stock bore flat top pistons and yes you can resleeve to standard stock bore....briggs also makes a stock style piston that is .020 oversized for situations like this.
