mud motor build with a 25 kohler

 mud motor build with a 25 kohlerwas talking to a friend the other day and he metioned he had a 25hp kohler horizontal shaft. he was wondering what he would have to do to build a long tail or surface drive out of it? can anybody point me in the right direction of a thread on this? search didnt find anything
