 What motor is this
First time ive seen this type of set up any ideas

I don't think it would work like that-
The only prop on the market designed to have some kind of thrust while spinning backwards is Gatortail, and maybe some aftermarket SD props (don't quote me on this). Longtail props won't make much reverse thrust when spinning backwards, a resident MMT goofball already tested the theory. In fact, it was found that it would still push you forward, very sloooowly.
Besides, it's an oddball shaft. 3/4" round with a round keyway, you'd have to have a prop machined differently to even fit.
