I have a 36pd which I have just added a mm exhaust I'm having a problem with the idle when the clutch is engaged (this is not in the water ) it will die unless I stay on the throttle but I think my probelm might be the new fuel pump I added I think it's either my putting enough fuel or it's over flowing the carb its rated 1 to 3.5 psi any suggestions on what to do

Ok do when I do have it idling at 1100 it stays at a 1100 for a sec then slowly idles down I think the pump is flooding the carb the pump is rated at 1 to 3.5 psi wht should the rpms be when the clutch isn't ingaged
