 Twin mikuni on 23 hp vanguard

Post Twin mikuni on 23 hp vanguard
I know it sounds crazy but i came across a set of twin mikunis for cheap can u put them on a 23 hp vanguard. It is already built all the way out now with single but would like to put them on if possible
