Shit go for it I built mine drunk as shit. But I also done mechanic work for a long time and a Briggs is like a Lego car compared to what I've worked. On

Jack: where are you located. I'll help you put on your heads. My torque specs are tighten till it feels right then knock the head with a ball pin and tighten a bit more alternating opposite bolts.

I have been wondering the same thing. I want to upgrade to BPS heads. The reality is that Briggs isn't a complicated motor but I dont know the first thing about setting valves. Any tips, suggestions, instructions? I know i will never learn if I dont jump into it and do it myself, but it would be nice to get some advice from those of you who have done it before.
