I have a 18 hp mud buddy I wanna cut down on weight can i use a lawnmower battery.

If u only run the motor off of it yes. If u run lights also then no.

Ok thanks. I wanted two bateries so I was gonna put my marine bat. Up front for lights and acesories and use a lawn mower bat. In the back just for the motor and electric fuel pump.

I have the smallest car battery walmart sales in my boat. 2 years ain't a problem yet

Do the smaller hp motors have a charging system of the same capacity as the 35s?
