I had one for a little bit. Good motor imo. EFI was nice. And for being a 29hp it kept up with most stock 27hp-35hp. if my memory serves me right, speeds were; solo just joy riding-26-27mph, solo hunt load-25, 2 guys hunt load-23-24, 3 guys hunt load 21-23, most i had in it was 3 guys, 1 pirogue, blinds, ton of other stuff and it ran 19-21mph But if you think you are going to start adding performance parts, just wait to get a briggs or generac. only guy I knew that did kawi performance parts was on the MB site, kind of expensive compared to briggs parts. |

bought one use this summer and it was dependable for me in terms of start and go. I wondered whether I should buy it myself. No regrets. |
