I have a 27hp kohler engine has 395 hrs on it and just recently started killing while its running. The engine will start right back up after it dies. When motor is at high rpms it kills faster then it would if it was at low rpms. Checked bulb and fuel filter still has gas in both. I tried everything i could think of and it still dies. Any suggestions?

Maybe your carb needs to be cleaned. The jets and float can cause some crazy things.

I had carb cleaned about a week ago. Thought that maybe it was a oil sensor so i disconnected the oil sensor and it still kills. Some times it will run for ten minutes without killing and sometimes it will run for 3 minutes and it will kill

I have had my coils do that at 400 hrs it would get up to about 3200 rpms and then bog and die, replaced the coils and spark plugs while I was at it and she has been runnin hard ever since.

Havent checked coils but i made sure both plugs had good fire. I have a gas tank out of another boat going to try different tank and see if anything changes.
