anyone have a 3blade they not using? I've heard that if you take a 3 blade and double cup it that it is a good fishing prop that will have speed. I want to try it. I do some fishing in areas i cant get in with my xpress. |

I could never get a straight answer from pd about the 3 blade. One person said it only for a 27 and won't work on the 36 another person said it it better than the 2 blade on the 36 and my dealer said it didn't do good in shallow water. Seems to me the more blades you have the better traction it will give you. Is the 3 blade smaller than the 2 blade? I just ordered a 2 blade because no one gave any good reviews |

Let me know how it does. Fishing season is getting good! We are in full prespawn here with the spawn only a few degrees away! have some long runs between coves. |

yes sir, I bought it for 32,500 and put new electronics on it. Thought about selling it at one time so I posted it on a fishing forum for 36k. Completely forgot about it and three months later a guy calls me, tells me he just graduated for Texas Tech (my boat was red, black and white) and loved my boat. Said his dad was buying him a graduation present and he wanted my boat. I told him 34k was as low as I would go. The next day his dad wired me the money. The kid never saw my boat (other than three pics) until I met him in Dallas a couple of days later. Never seen anything like that in my life.... hell yeah I sold it! I'de sell one a week if it was always that easy. Anyway, I went back with a pd because of all the abuse a boat can take on these east texas lakes. I'm running a 1854 CC and it seems to be perfect to me. Doesnt mean I don't miss the luxury of the bass boat, but I for sure don't miss the cost of it. |

thats no lie.. I can burn 15 gallons in a day with my 90 on the xpress I've had thoughts of selling it and the prodrive skiff and getting a 20x46 with a big deck with a PD and a 115 tiller for fishing if i keep the xpress I am prolly gunna take the carpet out and put hydro turf and paint it camo so i can take it to the camp and not worry about getting it dirty |

Makes sense the 3 blade would cavitate more in the mud. Less room between the blades for the mud to get between. Still, I like the idea of having it for the summer months when clear water is the rule. |

I bet it would work where I'm at, mostly sandy bottom with some marsh. Even this past year with the extremely low water, we still had some water to run in. Where we hunt, I will probably never run in the kind of mud flats that them boys in SETX run. |
