All these threads about exhaust cracking due to thin stainless. Didn't read many stockers (carbon steel ) cracking, just rusting out. So, has anybody tried or is it even possible to run a galvanized exhaust. Or is the temps to hot, and the zinc would just flash off.

I had two stock exhaust flanges crack. I have probably had the worse luck with exhaust cracking out of three exhaust... Stock cracked both sides, Marshmellow cracked left side 4 times, and BPS crossover cracked 2 times till i had BPS send me bracing hardwear for it. since then i havent cracked crap except my transome, and trailer eye.
