Re: GTR 35 REBUILD (PICS)
Please do yourself a favor install some anodes on your motor. the shaft support, on the bottom of the mounting bracket. add a ground wire from motor mounting bracket. wish I had done this on my first motor. new still looks good. cheap spray works fine. marvel mystery oil for rust and to prevent.

Re: GTR 35 REBUILD (PICS)
nice looking project, hey bud after you pulled the planetary when you pulled the gear and cluth, what method you use. ive been prying at it a little bit. Heard its suppose to be a 3 piece design. any info would be appreciated, once i see the cluth will probaly be easier to figure out.

Re: GTR 35 REBUILD (PICS)
I welded up 2 peices in the shape of a U with an I that connects across the top of the U and another piece that goes - way. One for behind the clutch and one for in front. With 2 long peices of allthrEAD CONNECTING THE 2 u PEICES. All you ahave to do it tighten up against your crank shaft and then tighten down equally on each side and it breaks everything loose. Its hard to describe bur basically its a puller to get the clutch and everything to slide off. If you mover the clutch .5" mose of the time thats enough to get your gear to break looke in my experiances. It works pretty slick. Too bad I'll never have to use it again cause never seize is my new friend! I spent a couple hours making it but it works damn good. No I dont have pictures of it either. I am on the road right now doing pipeline work trying to pay for all of my Mud Motor bills....
