Post push rods?
Thought I read on here that the newer motors came with black rods and the older was just aluminum color. Are they stronger? same shit, diff color? Are they better for high rev engines?

I thought the crank rods were black(new ones) for 35 vanguards. I haven't seen any black push rods yet.

I too heard 2 different stories
1 the marine motors with the 4700 coils have the black rods which r stronger that can handle the higher Rpms

Then I know someone that found the same black rods in a 4300 marine motor so who knows!

Think you're talking about connecting rods, not push rods.
