Post GT35 Oil Cooler Bracket
Had my oil cooler bracket break off.

Anyone have a spare or know where to source one?

I don't know where to get one at but that happened to my Prodrive. Just a little warning, I drove mine like that broke of and when I killed my motor it exploded all over me and it is some hot shit, Ask Team Camo he towed me back in.

You can get them from a briggs dealer about 85-100 bucks. Mine broke just like that then the front bracket bent out and cracked one of the oil channels. I carry an extra one on my dual rig now.

Where can you get the cooler for $25?

I'm considering getting it welded. But not sure how good a fix that will be

Still mounted in the same position or do you plan to put it somewhere a little more protected?

I have a cheap one on the front of my motor. I really only put my motor through hell during the hunting season. I don't play much during the hot part of the year.

Take a temp reading on oil like you have it then mount one on side and check your oil temps! That air is cooling mostly the heads(dead give away is the fins)where the engine heat is generated ;) Try and cool one of these engines when it is 90 degrees outside and then on top of that you are blowing hot ass air into it is not very smart when there is a place from factory to mount a oil cooler!Hotter engine = Hotter oil :) Automotive engines are watercooled and the radiators have additional cores in them to allow for coolers :P

PS- Run the bitch like you want and run the bitch like you stole it ;)
