Post 27 pd exhaust part #?
Does anybody have the part number for exhaust on 27 PD? I'm not around the boat now and a guy at work said he can get me whatever I need through his lawn company if I can get him a #. Any help is appreciated

The model number on the motor is cv740, he should be able to look it up with that.

I saw it. Don't have much input though. Carb maybe opening too far or something? You can try locking the gov out if u think that's causing it...

The throttle plate seems to stop where it is suppose to but I will double check. Can I hurt anything internally by keeping the governor arm from traveling?

You can over rev it, but no not really. Just make sure you lock it the correct way. Believe you want to turn the shaft fully ccw.
