 27 pd exhaust part #? Does anybody have the part number for exhaust on 27 PD? I'm not around the boat now and a guy at work said he can get me whatever I need through his lawn company if I can get him a #. Any help is appreciated

Re: 27 pd exhaust part #? The model number on the motor is cv740, he should be able to look it up with that.

Re: 27 pd exhaust part #? I saw it. Don't have much input though. Carb maybe opening too far or something? You can try locking the gov out if u think that's causing it...

Re: 27 pd exhaust part #? The throttle plate seems to stop where it is suppose to but I will double check. Can I hurt anything internally by keeping the governor arm from traveling?

Re: 27 pd exhaust part #? You can over rev it, but no not really. Just make sure you lock it the correct way. Believe you want to turn the shaft fully ccw.
