35 gtr Clutch Smoke in reverse

 35 gtr Clutch Smoke in reverseStuck to Chit last week and I guess I did not hold the reverse lever hard enough. Clutch smoked for a few seconds. Turned off motor for 10 minutes. Put it in forward works fine
What do I need to inspect to make sure clutch is ok ? Thank you. |

Re: 35 gtr Clutch Smoke in reverse Take off clutch cover, look for debri, its card to inspect clutch without taking apart.

Re: 35 gtr Clutch Smoke in reverse Probably wasn't the clutch smoking...reverse has nothing at all to do with the clutch. Don't you have the 3rd gen caliper? They're junk, pads slip too much. Probably the pads smoking. You're probably fine just inspect the pads for heat damage and the rotor...then roll with it.

Re: 35 gtr Clutch Smoke in reverse Didn't even see reverse in my tapatalk, cupped up is right sounds light pads, i had to go to a different caliper setup on mine.
