Stock GTR has now been opened. I did a compression test this morning to find 85psi starboard side and 95 on the Port. Pulled heads to have them Decked .045, ports cleaned up and slicked down,laped valves, gut stock muffler, K&N cone filter, and a little trailer work. my twin thumbs and today's cellular technology |

Those compression numbers are really bad for a newer motor. Maybe your heads been the problem all along. One thing is for sure you going to see some good gains when you put it back together. What about a cam to go with those valves? |

Where the heads on when you conducted the test? lol Mercy! With that much leakage I'm surprised it would starts. had to have some serious reversion issues. |

Started out 95psi compression ave. and now with decked heads and lapped valves i am at 135 psi dead even. I really would have thought i would have got at least 155ish my twin thumbs and today's cellular technology |

Couldn't be happier after running today with new prop and mods. Jumped on plane no problem and ran a constant 22 mph at 2400 rpms deep water. Top speed about 28 in shallow 3950rpms. my twin thumbs and today's cellular technology |
