 Stuck in neutral
I have a 2008 mud buddy hyper35 up hyper drive. Sometimes my engine will get stuk in neutral. I will move the switch back and forth and nothing then all of a sudden it goes into gear. I already put on a new switch. How can I fix this?

 Re: Stuck in neutral
i had the same problem with mine the other day but mine would not go in gear . you need to pull your clutch cover off and make sure one of your wires are not loose on your clutch itself .

 Re: Stuck in neutral
Make sure u have 12volts before it goes into the belt housing before you go through the trouble of opening the belt housing.

 Re: Stuck in neutral
I had an issue like this with mine (2010) and I had a bad clutch breaker(?) It is the two prong party that completes the circuit. Was a 5 dollar fix.

 Re: Stuck in neutral
This only happens every once in a while not all the time. Can I check the voltages when it is still working or do I have to wait until it us not working to check. I figured the switch was. Working because when I have engaged it won't start. Also if anyone has any pics that would help. I'm not very mechanically inclined.

 Re: Stuck in neutral
What mine would do, is when in gear and running, it would go into neutral.

 Re: Stuck in neutral
I had the same issue, picked up another on/off/momentary on switch from radio shack (most of them have them in a drawer somewhere). Fixed the problem, but I would check the voltage also, just in case it's more of an issue than a bad switch.
