Briggs might be naked, no exhaust and no fluids. Predator has gas tank and exhaust. I am just guessin |

the predator block is probably 100xs better than the briggs so its heavier. |

I had a homemade longtail with the 420 CC predator engine from habor freight. Good little engine. It pushed my 1436 weldbuilt crawdad with me 230lbs and hunt load 15mph no problem. The only down side to the engine was since its a single cylinder it tended to vibrate a little more just above idle to maybe 2000 rpms but thyself really about it. Oh and it was a thirsty engine compared to my gdlt 16. Good starter for sure. |
