what is the advantages / disadvantages of running a single mikuni than a double on a 35 mud buddy

yes i just bought a new mud buddy 35hd sport looking to get a carb and possibly gutting the stock exhaust

Stock exhaust is gonna rust out anyways..... you are better off gutting it.
