I recently purchased a mud buddy 7000 with 35 hours on it. The oil is dirty and to the add mark so I figure I'll give her an oil change. What oil and filter is recommended for it? I will be running it in temps from 20s-90s |

Most any oil will work fine, but an oil with high zinc and designed for an air cooled engine is a good route to go. Napa, Wix, Carquest, anything along those lines in a filter. Here is a good read. http://speedtalk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30483 |

The briggs and stratton oil filters have a high temp check valve in them for the Vanguard engines Others will know if there are other brands that do so (and what your 7000 would need). |
