I have seen a few different designs, but not enough detail or intel to make an informed decision. What is the consensus on the best reverse knob puller?

Are there any details on the type that uses the bike brake lever? I have seen reference to it on here and the guy that makes it stays busy it seems, but thats about it. Anyone have any video of it working?

Homemade one I saw one on youtube that uses a pull knob beside the trim switch, no other info on it (???)

The one sold here in the MMT store with a pull knob for $130.
