 GTR 37 EFI Lower Unit

Post GTR 37 EFI Lower Unit
Does anyone on here have a preference between the old style lower unit or the new style "one Piece" cast lower unit? I had heard some talk about the new style being prone to cracking and some were trying to still order the old style. Any advice is appreciated.

Machined is better. Though the cracking of the new style is usually always due to a prop breaking.
