 212cc no way to adjust idle or fuel air mixture

Post 212cc no way to adjust idle or fuel air mixture
I just bought a Lifan 7hp 212cc engine. I found out it was epa carb compliant. The idle adjs screw is covered with a welch plug and the fuel/air mixture screw is visable but no slot for screw driver to fit. Has anyone come up with a work around for this?

On the Chinese 110 motors I have been able to drill small hole in plug and pop them out. Not sure about the 212

Thanks Will. I think that may be the only option only problem it would probably void the warranty.
