23 mud buddy problems need help
I'm trying to fix a buddy's 23 mud buddy it cranks and runs fine but soon as you trim it up or down it dies ? Like it does when you pull kill switch . Could it be broke wire grounding it out ? Anyone else had this problem ?

Re: 23 mud buddy problems need help
This 23 hp vanguard engine someone installed a after market carb on it guy that I got it from said tach said it would rev up to like 7000 Rpms figured that's way to high .
Question is what is it supposed to run and when they installed it think they removed governor where they supposed to do that and do I need to get a aftermarket rev limiter for it still has stock one ? Also when it was on the guys mud buddy frame it crank and ran fine outa the water but bogged way down when put prop in water ? Pretty sure both head gaskets around blow could that be the motors problem causing it to bog down ?
