Let's ask this yet again. Who's running this kit and are you happy with it? I had actually ordered one before duck season last year. After months of waiting, and getting nowhere, I guess they just forgot about me and my credit card info. Haven't been on in a while. So are these things finally available? I would love to get something that is a little more consistent on idle than a mikuni.

If you wanna have an awesome time and maybe stay in a room where children were conceived on one side and someone got stabbed over an 8-ball on the other come on down I got a can of raid. :D

I like mine. Idles really nice and performs well compared to stock. I’ve never run a mikuni to compare.

Do you have other delta parts? Don't know if this is true, but someone told me the lectron is somewhat specific to delta parts and it may not be a great replacement for a mikuni with non delta heads and cam

I have their level 3 kit. So it’s their heads and cam.

It's a carb. It's not going to care what heads and cam are used. It'll just take tuning regardless to the specific build.

Wrong. The cam and heads are the heart to a motor... You have to match the carbs state of tune to that. I've tuned a lectron before. Using Jamie's recommendations, I was having idle issues. Ended up we talked and we found a metering rod that works, and then I had to dial in the fuel to get it to run with my cam and iron mountain heads. Yes the motor was assembled with different parts, so its hard to get a good state of tune by thought.

a proper 3 angle valve job and a GOOD flowing exhaust can require jetting changes.

Reread what I said, dude. It'll take tuning. I was countering the point made that he was told about a lectron wouldn't work with any other recipe.
