Happy new year to everyone. Bought my first surface drive recently its a 2006 Mud Buddy 23HD the travel lock was broken before I took possession and the previous only was helpful and put a bolt to hold the motor up while I trailer the rig home for 800 miles. My question is he told me the pop pins that was on it has the lock open function but while searching for replacement at Backwaterperformance it just show a Travel Lock without mentioning anything. Also, saw some other MB has the round knob and some has T-handle. Anybody knows what's the difference and they function differently? This is what was on there before And this pic is its currently state without the T handle pop pin Thank you in advance! |

some have a roll pin, pull out, rotate 90deg, they stay out (pretty sure that's the t handle kind) some have a hole for a cotter pin (think that's the ball end). #CFFITR #TheGhostBoat #whoneedsphysicsihaveamudmotor |
