oil and Crancase vent tube
I have a 2006 prodrive with 60 hours. Has dual mikuni carbs, stroker rods, flat pistons, cam, roller rockers and titanium pushrods. One head has a tube coming out that goes nowhere which is called a crankcase breather hose i believe. I have noticed oil drips out of it onto the exhaust when running and checked the oil level and it was low. Added almost a quart to get the level full again. Gets low after about 3 fishing trips. Could the piston rings be bad or would more compression from the mods just cause oil to seap out. Thanks

Head gasket can case that, rings, or anything that causes excessive case pressure. Get a breather filter from AutoZone and see if that doesn't help, and pull the valve covers to see if you might have a blown head gasket.
