Post prodrive trim motor acting up
hello all,
recently my trim on my prodrive 27 has been getting really slow and after a few up and down cycles..... it will act normal.
when it’s slow it sounds like it’s straining. then....... bam it starts working .......?

any ideas where to start looking for this fix?

thank you for anything ! God Bless

Post Re: prodrive trim motor acting up
update -

took the motor apart and had oily film on the brushes. i believe the anti corrosion spray i put on the entire unit was getting in there from where the power lines go in)
so after cleaning it up and sealing everything back it works like a charm.
