Just wondering if anybody has installed the bps cam, heads and exhaust on a 27 kohler? Looking for a little more out of my 1644 gtrax with the mini. Not sure what I should be getting for speeds with this setup really either. Thanks in advance. |

23-24 solo. 18-20 with 3. Just a ballpark. I can't answer your other questions, but also maybe consider Midwest supercub for mods on that engine. #CFFITR #TheGhostBoat #whoneedsphysicsihaveamudmotor |

Is there a better boat setup mainly a little bigger like a 1650 that would perform better I'd like a 1750 for great all around but I don't think the 27 would push that big a boat well enough. |

As long as it's not a heavy boat, it'll be fine. I had a 27 hd on a 1748, was sufficient for purpose. Not what I wanted for the loads I hauled. If it's not for you, the 35 is a better starting point for power than the 27. #CFFITR #TheGhostBoat #whoneedsphysicsihaveamudmotor |

I run a 25 efi Prodrive on a welded 1756 Jon boat pushes it better then when I had it on a 1548 bigger boat helps carry load better |
