Pd 37 higher idle and sputtering

 Pd 37 higher idle and sputtering My pd 37 was acting weird when my idle earlier was around 850-900rpms then after cranking up 2hrs later it randomly increased to 1060-1080rpms and wouldn't decrease.Then after that,i put it in gear and it sputtered the whole time with the throttle wide open .So i turned it off for 5 mins and it went away.Has anyone had this happen or have a clue whats going on?

Re: Pd 37 higher idle and sputtering It would be nice if a shop in your area can check the ecu for codes. Aside from that clean and tighten ground and power wires at engine and at battery

Re: Pd 37 higher idle and sputtering Also I have seen mis adjusted TPS sensors, but it sounds like a simple connection issue.

Re: Pd 37 higher idle and sputtering Alright fellas I found out what it was the hard way.it was the ground to the battery and it burned the crap out of me.thank y'all for helping out,I appreciate it.
