Didn't know if your 5500 was a mag or not. Aside from whatever parts you use you will need to weld an o2 bung into your header, get a wideband sensor setup, and get a controller. Controller options are the Dobec or call glade at bps and see if he can fix u up. If you do the heads and rockers only I bet the bps tuner for the 4400 will be close.

First thing first, is it a 55 mag, or black death?

If it is a mag, you can use your heads, rockers, pushrods, pistons, c-rods, and cam.

I sell a tuner that is already set up for those parts. All you have to do is plug it in, and turn the dial to the 3 position. No o2 bung necessary. Your current exhaust is different than what I used to build the fuel map, so you may have to do some fine tuning with the low, mid, and high rpm dials on the tuner. This can be done by reading spark plugs.
