GTR losing rpms at WOT
Motor wth mikuni carb and guttted exhaust... (all I know for sure bought it that way)... will run like scalded dog for about 3-4 minutes then lose rpms slowly... can let off and go again and runs good for 3-4 minutes then loses rpms again... new fuel pump last night and filter... still doing it... can cruise on plane and won’t act up... only at WOT... water in fuel? Sucking air from tank... boat is 1651 excel with outboard tank in the front... try to run straight gasoline in it as much as possible ...boat does sit between uses for approximately 2 weeks... any help would be appreciated thanks

Re: GTR losing rpms at WOT
Check your fuel line. The marine line is bad about the inner liner separating and restricting the flow.

Re: GTR losing rpms at WOT
Float needs adjusting in carb, air leak in the fuel line somewhere, issue with fuel line, fuel tank not vented well enough (loosen the cap next time you run it and see if that's it)
