I have a Honda gx660, i can’t find any modifications for it at all, all i would really want is bigger jets, a exhaust, and a air filter, does anyone know where to find that stuff or if it even exists for these motors?

Probably have to get the exhaust custom or some headers made you can put a slip on or supertrapp onto
Jetsrus.com for jets, but no guarantees. You may have to get a set of jetting files and do that work yourself
Air filter may take a machine shop making an adapter that'll bolt on to your carb to fit a cone style, or, since it's on a boat motor, just pull the one you have off, get rid of the paper or foam, and put some mosquito screen back on to keep the bugs out.

I was afraid that was going to be the answer i was going to get.

You may get lucky if you check out the lawnmower racer forums and find a shop that plays with the hondas. Midwest supercub might be able to refer you down the right path. I found someone that made a cam for my old kawa on a mower racing site.
