 Mud Motor Finance Anyone ever heard of a bank financing a mud motor by itself without the boat?

Re: Mud Motor Finance Mine did it for me......interest rate was a little high (7 or 8% can't remember now) because it was just a motor by itself, so they said

And yes they register ownership.
If you finance a motor, you will get a title for that motor, just like a title to anything else.

Re: Mud Motor Finance Well it depends. With strong enough credit you can get a personal loan.
Most banks will not loan money on something that is not in NADA.
Some banks will want the title to the boat also.
