Throttle cable keeps fraying after a couple runs
Need help, my throttle cable keeps fraying on the Mikuni roller after about 2 runs. I have to keep buying the repair kit and replacing frequently. Anyone have any ideas on one that would last longer or a better setup. I have a center console with a single 42 Mikuni. Roller is in good shape and I am guessing that the repair kit is just a cheap fix and not the right metal or thickness. HELP!!!!!

You're having an isolated problem. There's something on that roller damaging the throttle cable. Get a new roller or find where it's catching the cable.

Probably. Contact mikuni and see if they have a comment. I'll see if I can find something online. Check eBay, too
